A division of 6 will have 2 pools of 3 teams. Each team will play a round-robin within their pool (2 matches) as well as a crossover match against a team in the other pool, for a total of 3 matches. The top team in each pool will move on to play each other in the finals on Monday, February 18.

Each team will play a round robin within their pool (2 matches), as well as a crossover match against a team in another pool (Pool A v Pool B and Pool C v Pool D) for a total of 3 matches. The top team in each pool will move on to the semi-finals on Monday, February 18 against the top team from another pool (Pool A v Pool C and Pool B v Pool D). The semi-finals will be played at 8 AM on Monday. The winners of the semi-finals will move on to face each other in the finals later that day.
